Josh Doyle, born Ashford, Kent, England. Currently living in Nashville, TN, USA. I am trying to make sense of things, like everyone else. Sometimes I feel like i'm not living up to my potential. As long as people keep believing in me I have a reason to continue. I think celebrities and rich rock bands are out of touch with reality. Facts about Josh Doyle:
The anti-singersongwriter. Not one of those singer-songwriter guys who panders to high school girls trying to be "sensitive" and "bohemian". Coming out of a kind of 'angry acoustic' phase, entering his "hard rocking alternative" period. Has been holed up in suburbia for 5 years working on "The Great American Novel in Album Form". Founder member of British cult punkpop trio "The Dumdums", his first band out of school who shot to fame and headliner status only to breakdown with Josh selling/giving away everything and moving to USA. Resurfaced in the USA after selling 1,000s of his self produced EP out of his car, and now working with a platinum selling producer who counts Beck among his latest clients. Has a very patient fanbase that randomly increases weekly. Is only interested in making music that matters |
